- 1 organic avocado
- 3 heaping tbsp unsweetened cacao powder (add more if you want more chocolate)
- 3-4 tbsp sweetener of choice (coconut sugar or agave syrup)
- 1/2 cup organic coconut cream
- A splash of milk of choice to help with blending
- Pinch of salt
- *Optional: Dash of cinnamon for a kick
- *Optional toppings: chocolate chips, mint, healthy "cookie crumbles", strawberries, bananas, or raspberries!
Instructions
Blend Ingredients: Place the avocado, cacao powder, sweetener, coconut cream, milk, salt, and cinnamon (if using) in a small blender. Blend until all the ingredients are well mixed and smooth.Taste Test: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or chocolate intensity by adding more sweetener or cacao powder if needed.
Refrigerate: Pour the mixture into a bowl and set it in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight to set.
Serve: Enjoy this healthy dessert with your favorite toppings!
