  • Broccoli
  • Avocado
  • Tofu
  • Cooked Quinoa
  • Roasted Sunflower Seeds
  • Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Honey
  • Sriracha

Instructions

Lunch time calls for a filling meal that’s packed with nutrients.

  1. Slice Tofu into cubes and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and sriracha for 30 mins. Fry or bake until golden brown.
  2. Sear Broccoli until slightly charred and tender.
  3. In a bowl, place cooked quinoa and top with fried Tofu, seared Broccoli, and Avocado slices.
  4. Top with Roasted Sesame Seeds.
