Directions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
- Mash the avocado flesh with a fork or potato masher until you achieve your desired level of creaminess.
- Add the diced watermelon, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using) to the bowl with the mashed avocado.
- Gently fold the ingredients together until well combined, being careful not to mash the watermelon too much.
- Drizzle the freshly squeezed lime juice over the mixture and gently stir to incorporate the flavors.
- Taste and season the guacamole with salt and pepper according to your preference.
- Serve the guacamole immediately with tortilla chips, crispy pita wedges, or fresh vegetable sticks.
