Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Fennel
  • Cara Cara Oranges
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Your new spring picnic staple. 

Directions

  1. Peel and section Cara Cara Oranges.
  2. Shave Fennel into thin strips.
  3. Slice Strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a mason jar, mix Lemon Juice and Extra virgin Olive Oil. Shake until emulsified.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and toss until fully combined. 
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
