Instructions
Directions:
- Peel and cut the Crookneck Squash into wedges.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the plain flour, corn flour,baking powder, sea salt and sparkling water.
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Dip the squash wedges into the batter and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Spread the squash beignets into a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions.
